I've never heard of them.

 

A casual look doesn't give any clues who did the grading but, given the split color grade on the one you linked, it's not from one of the major labs.

 

The return policy is a bit ambiguous to me and, in particular, it's not clear if this item is 'custom', which would subject you to a 20% restocking fee if you don't like it. It doesn't sound like this applies but I would ask.

One other point about both products/sellers: be careful that what you are seeing is stock photos, not what you will get. Chances are that SI3 and I1 clarity diamonds will have visible inclusions.
