Recommended Posts

HELLO EVERYBODY

I HAVE SOME STOCKS OF NATURAL COLOR BLACK DIAMONDS AND I WAS WONDERING IF A LATE TECHNOLOGY THAT CAN ENHACHE THE COLOR TO GREEN BLUE YELLOW OR ANY OTHER COLOR EXISTS

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.

If they really are natural fancy black (graded as such by GIA), they are probably worth more in that condition than treated.

In terms of the treatment, it is possible that some form of HPHT treatment might "lighten them up", but it will depend on a case by case (what's the origin and distribution of the black colouration). Your best bet is to get them to someone who does such treatments.
