Yes, I know him. He's a capable appraiser. He's from Boston, which I thought was quite a bit farther away. I guess I have a skewed perspective of distances out there in the flatlands. If Boston is is within range, Jeff Averbook is another good choice.

I think maybe 'office' is a bit of a stretch. He has a deal with some shared office space company to rent him a cubicle when needed in lots of different places. There's certainly no particular problem with that but describing this as a one man operation with 50 offices strikes me as a bit much. Since he's calling those branch offices, presumably he doesn't charge to travel from one to the next so, from a consumers standpoint I suppose it doesn't much matter. Hmmm. Maybe I should set up a 'branch office' in Aspen or Salt Lake.
