Laser enhanced diamond

Correct with this caveat.:

FTC requires full disclosure that the diamond has been laser-drilled. The actual process does not detrimentally affect the structural integrity of the diamond and enhances the face-up appearance of the diamond by mitigating the eye-visibility of egregious black carbon spots and clusters. End result is that you get a beautiful face-up appearing stone at an excellent price.

It is truly unfortunate that laser drilling carries an undeserved stigma, much the same way that fluorescence does. On a happy note, I observe that better education and the dissemination of accurate information about fluorescence over the Internet is beginning to change its negative connotation in the minds of consumers.
