is my diamond stolen?

Your most important assurance that you aren’t buying stolen property is the assurance of the seller. This is part of the reason that people prefer to buy from established dealers. If it later turns out that you’ve bought something that belongs to someone else, you will be required to return it to the rightful owner and, if you can’t get your money back from the seller, you will be out of luck.

Buy from people you trust.

www.gemprint.com offers a wonderful service where individual diamonds can be tracked and recovered. If a gemprinted diamond has been reported stolen and it’s reregistered at another gemprint center anywhere in the world, the original owner and police are notified.
