The report describes one diamond. I"ve not seen the piece so I can't get into whether it's correct or not but I would point out that that's describing a rather small piece of your purchase.

Fundamentally, it's up to the appraiser to convince you that they have credibility. You get that from their credentials, their website, reviews, and the way your meeting goes.  None of that is present but maybe there's more than what you're showing.  The default answer is no.

I think you can check the certificate is true or not in some website, must be have the website in google.

Then you can compare the price on market, cheap always mean fake.

Last, you can pay via paypal which can guarantee money back if you buy the fake.

(tips: must get the invioce from him)

An online lookup in no way makes the information on a report correct. Anyone who wants to can call themselves a gem lab, an appraiser, or a guru, and they can say whatever they want. Posting it online changes nothing.  If you can't find corroborating evidence to give reason to believe a particular expert, don't. Take it even further. Don't just hold it against the so-called lab, hold it against the dealer who is asking you to rely on them.

Also be aware that the Paypal buyer protection plan is among the weakest in the credit card industry.  "Real" credit cards are almost always safer.

Not sure if this is a subtle spamming attempt, but I'll bite. I think this is the wrong forum for you to ask advice on - the crowd here deals primarily with diamonds, which are very much a different market from that of the site you linked.
