hermann 16 Report post Posted May 21, 2018 Hi all, just to acknowledge and explain the outage that started in the early hours of Sunday morning, through Monday morning. The cause of the problem was simple -- a billing issue. Google Cloud shut us down without notification. To complicate the issue, Google Cloud also does our monitoring, so that was disabled as well, which meant I did not get any kind of notification of the outage.
