I travel quite a bit in the US, Canada and Latin America and I was wondering what cities would be the best to find good deals/value and selection on engagement rings. I was planning to spend between $10-25K US. I live in San Fran and as you can imagine, everything is twice as expensive out here. Urgent guidance would be very much appreciated. The other cities I most frequently travel to are Toronto(hometown),NYC,Boston,London(England),Miami, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Rio, San Juan/PR and I can get to places on the West Coast very easily. Ah yes and then there's the internet but I'd like to touch and feel first anyway.
