Can I get a certificate for a diamond that never had one or it was lost?

Where can I get a diamond engraved?

you can send it to the g.i.a laboratory in n.y or carlsbed, ca.
the can certify it for you and also laser inscribe the cert. number on the girdle.upon request of course.
