I've been shopping for a ring and in this store I went to the lady showed me a certificate of a diamond. It was graded by some name I never heard of. I am familiar with GIA and EGL but this one did not ring a bell. I wish I remembered but I don't. The lady said it was graded by a man who graduated from the GIA school and started his own business and in about 2 years he is going to be very big. She said it was based in in New York 5th Avenue or something. Is there such a thing? Sorry about the lack of details but could this be a lie?
