Would a .75 carat marquise diamond ring, SI1 clarity, and an H color render a brilliant sparkle. The center diamond is marquise with four small diamonds surrounding it. The jeweler said it was "on sale" for $1,160.00 -- that the retail price was $2,699.00. I am wary of jewelery stores and feel that she was not being truthful. I would appreciate your advice.
