Anyone purchased a diamond
from this guy "iceman" at
midwest gems ?

He sure talks alot on
www.diamondtalk.com like
he is a big seller but is
never mentioned on this site,
not even listed under local or
internet dealers.

jbbb,

There are MANY fine jewelers that are not listed on this site....

Iceman has earned a well deserved reputation in the industry for being honest, forthright, as well as for providing excellent customer service.

Check out the testimonials on DiamondTalk.

Dang! I didnt know I had to be listed to be a big seller ?
Consumers can be really stupid.

Check with JBT they will tell you that Im over the million plus
mark on sales.

One more thing, it does not matter. My business is by appointment
only and referral only. You bought your diamond, having second thoughts?

Yes, Im a little rough around the edges. Your mad that I didnt
bow down to you because you were spending money. Well
I found out that people got you your infomation and better prices
and you just blew them off. I was not going to be one of them
My time is worth more.

Ask around everybody knows me :)
If your in the right circles with people they will enlighten you too.

Go to diamondtalk and finish up on the rest of the learning thread
under duplicate diamonds

Actually, I found you to
be a cocky salesman who doesn`t
like to tell it like it is.

You won`t admit that you can`t
offer the same service as
big places like Blue Nile,
that some consumers prefer
their service AND it is
worth it!

Your replies on the other website
are very enlightening to
how business is done at
small-time internet shops with no
real credentials...

jbbb? What ever that stands for ?

First Im not a salesman , I own the business!

Bottom line you got caught in a couple of lies, I dont
with liars.

The internet is scary enought , people like you dont
belong on there.

Yes, I could also offer you the same service as Blue Nile
if I charged what they did for a diamond !

But you wanted more for less!

I could make more money selling newspapers then to
come to your terms!

Get real, you bought a diamond and had remorse about it
Got on DT and acted like you wanted a diamond.

We caught you in the lie, be gone , I get enought spam!

If your going to paint a picture , paint it in full color.

Somebody should put a muzzle on this dog!

Iceman + Midwest Gems: you have a
big mouth to go along with your big ego,
but not alot of useful advice.

All you like to do is keep trashing
the consumer for obviously getting
a good deal.

I'm glad I stayed away from
someone like you and
bought from a trusted source: Blue Nile.
I'm very happy with my diamond purchase
and it appraised for $2700
more than I paid.

Consumers can read the threads
themselves and see what a machoman
meat-head you really are...

Desperate salesmen like you should not
be harassing consumers on these
types of boards.

You must be sedated to make statements like that?

These people chose not to deal with you because we caught you in a
lot of lies!

You are a customer from He// ! They did not beg for the sale
the sale was done before you asked about it.
We all saw that.

If you would get a real appraisal "Fair Market Value" you
would see that if you tried to sell the diamond that the
$2,700 is unattainable. But you are one of those consumers
that knows everything. So, pay the extra insurance to feel good.

It funny how brave you are when there is no access to
you! So, flame on, why don't you be a real man and give
us your real name, address and phone number ? No you wouldn't.
Why ? Because that is the kind of person you are.

Please don't let the truth get in your way on telling the
story. Go to diamond talk and you will see that we
called him on a lie and caught him.

Have you ever heard the saying what comes around goes
around? I sure your relationship will end in a break up.
You will get caught in another lie.

Iceman (aka diamondgrader), you are truely a fool.
I know what an appraisal means,
again you try to make consumers
out to know nothing.

If your business (Midwest Gems)truely only
comes from referals than you
should give your harrassment a rest. I am happy
with my purchase and it is a
good deal.

As for being brave; I would
be stupid to give my name
address and phone number to
a loose cannon like you. What
would that serve ? Why not
publish your personal phone # address
on your company's website if
you are so confident of yourself?

Also Diamondgrader/Iceman, please try to stick to
one knickname, lest you want
people to think you
have a split personality.

Iceman (or is it Diamondgrader today?).

You are just an obnoxious salesman
who tries to badger customers
with your pseudo-knowledge.

Give it a rest.
