Plantium Diamond

My boyfriend said that my engagement ring is a family
heirloom that has a Plantium diamond in it. Does anyone
know what a Plantium diamond is? Or where I could
find out about them?

Maybe he means that the ring is made of platinum and it has a diamond in it.
