Diamonds come in just about every color under the rainbow (though many colors such as pink or red are very rare), but yes there are brown diamonds, more commonly referred to as champagne diamonds.

If you are looking to purchase a natural colored diamond, you should take a look at www.icestore.com which specializes in natural fancy colored diamonds, though I don't know if they have any champagne or not.
