Ensure you know exactly what you have in your jewelry (have it appraised, so you know it is platinum with a 1.0ct F,VS2, etc. diamond).
Once you know exactly what you have, you can then ascertain what the market is selling something similar for new. You'll have to add in a discount of some form since its not new, and then you can either try selling it yourself (ebay, diamondreview.com classifieds) or working with a jeweler for a consignment sale.
So, in summary, ensure you know exactly what you have to sell, then research the market for that, and then work on actually selling it if you want to actually sell it.
