What would you like to know?

What's the source of the grading?

it is GIA, certificate should be able to be viewed at the link above.

I would like to know if it is very well cut and if the color/clarity grades are worth the price at $9963.

Thanks

There's not enough information present to tell if the cutting is good beyond that GIA thought it was in the top half or so.
It's easy enough to use the database here to find comparable offers from BN's competitors to check the price. Usually they're fairly competitive. That's a popular set of specs and offers should be plentiful. Is it the right stone for YOU? Maybe. What's the path that lead you to this particular stone?

Put another way: it's going to look white, definitely eye-clean, it will sparkle a fair bit and the price is reasonable for the specs. From there to saying it's worth a premium or a discount over a.n.other stone, a lot more information (that BN does not provide) would be necessary...
