1) click the "More Reply Options" button beside the "Post" button
2) under where you would type your text there is a section that says "Attach Files" click the button that says "Choose Files"
3) Upload the pic from your computer

Seeing a reflection in a diamond doesn't really indicate that it is fake.

Depending on angle of photo, lighting and your distance, it is perfectly normal to see your reflection in a diamond or in any other polished surface, be it glass, quartz, cubic zirconia or anything else. What is relatively difficult is to get the angle, lighting and distance "just right" - but getting it right is no more difficult with a diamond than with any other material of the same size.

The photo could be interesting to see, so please post it, but don't expect a conclusive verdict one way or the other.

No way of telling from the photo. It could be a diamond, it could be something else.
