I'm confused by your question. You've got 3 completely different rings from 3 completely different vendors. There's not really enough informaton on the first one to tell you if it's a 'good deal' and I've never heard of the seller (which means nothing). I don't see what the other two have to do with it at all.

I like all these rings and I know they are all completely different from one another. I was just wondering if they are worth their price.

Tiny details matter a lot in this business and we have next to nothing to go on here. Sample photographs and in-house grading from a dealer I've never heard of adds very little for me. Zales is not known for their good prices and they tend to market themselves on other issues like financing and convenient locations. I don't know if these sorts of features are what you're looking for but I don't see any reason to expect these two items to be exceptions. The rockdiamond guys are pretty price aggressive. One of the regular gurus here (Davide) actually works for them so it's possible he may be able to tell you more about that particular piece but I don't recall ever seeing that one myself.

These are beautiful rings but I would shop around first and consider buying from an online retailer. We at [Deleted by Moderator] (and most online retailers for that matter) are able to offer a savings because we do not have the same type of expenses and overhead that a brick and mortar store would have.

its a beautiful ring but you are paying a premium because it is 2 carats total weight-I would look for a ring that has a 1 carat center diamond and a setting that has a lower total carat weight. By the time you add a wedding band or two it will be the same total carat weight and cost much less

mixing and matching stacking wedding bands with an engagement ring has become a popular style-see how these celebrity ladies do it!

Pardon me, but clearly someone advertising on eBay is an online retailer - and so are we. Advertising for the sake of advertising is not on. Let's try to stick to the question posed by the OP.

I answered her questions and followed the rules and basically was agreeing with you that one of the retailers she mentioned may not have the best value, explained why and suggested other options

And I still believe your post is not answering the OP's questions and is making undue use of advertising. What do stacking bands have to do with it?

I would also appreciate it if you kept name calling to a minimum, and certainly not in response to a legitimate objection.

How exactly did you answer her questions other than by suggesting that the OP looks at your wares because you have lower overheads and therefore prices than all the options she was presenting - which may or may not be true, but it probably isn't.

anyway....

OP, as said above the rings you are looking at are very different from each other. I will give my UNBIASED opinion.

Ring 1 - The vendor doesn't provide hard grades from a reputable lab. How do you know what you are buying?

Rings 2 & 3 - Zales also provided split grades. There can be a huge difference between SI2 and I1. And who's grading these stones as such? I'd stay away.

Ring 4 - This is where things are not comparable. You are looking at the ACTUAL ring that is for sale and in my opinion is a very beautiful piece. The center stone is quite substantial at over 2 carats and Daussi cut cushions are known for their large chunky facets and also having a great spread which makes the diamond appear even bigger. Given the options, this is where I'd spend my money.

In my opinion if you are looking for a beautiful halo style ring I would contact ring option #4 at [Link Deleted]
