I've been educating myself on this forum for some time now. Thanks to all, your discussions have really helped me out.
I finally purchased the ring. Cushion 1.07c VS1 E. The shank is 18c white gold with a rose gold crown. There are numerous small stones totaling .83c.
I really do like the ring as it has a classic look and the main stone really shines.

Hopefully she will like it !!!

Very nice design, Of course now you know you are on the hook for an eternity ring to match that. Should look stunning with an eternity band that reflects the .83 of diamonds in the engagement ring making what will look like a double eternity ring.

What a beautiful engagement ring! I hope by this time that you got married. Engagement rings really play a vital part in marriage proposals and need to be taken into consideration.
