How can I get a diamond copied? I need something from glass or cz that looks the same. It doesn't have to pass any kind of rigid test or fool an expert --just a basic copy with the same designs. Is there a place that makes this? Thanks!

Is there something unusual aboout your design? CZ's in all of the usual sorts of shapes and a variety of sizes are available at nearly every jewelry store. Any jeweler who has the tools and skills to set it also has the wherewithal to sell it to you so I'm not really understanding your objective. What is it that you're looking to do?

Is there a place where I can search for them by size and cut like on this website? I would ideally like one with the same dimensions and angles as a round brilliant diamond that I have. Thank you.

I don't know any such place and I"m not sure you would want it in any case. CZ has a slightly different refractive index than diamond and the 'ideal' proportions are different.

If you are in a hurry (it sounds like you are), eBay sellers have CZ in all sorts of shapes and sizes at very reasonable prices, but they tend to come in calibrated sizes (usually every 0.5 or 1.0 mm diameter for rounds) and cut for "best looks" for CZ - which as Neil says is different from diamond.

If you require a precise copy (diameter and/or angles - however "wrong" they may look), you need to find a cutter that will cut one for you; the only person coming to mind that could help is Jeff Gram (www.faceters.com), though you are looking at a fair amount of money and possibly time to get something cut to spec.
