Um. Not from that photo, sorry. Are there any marks inside the ring? Have you tried going to your local jeweller? Most will look at stuff and give you an opinion as to what it is you have, but doing so remotely is frankly a hopeless task. Sorry.

It is probably best that you get your ring appraised. Your second picture is better, but no one would be able to give you any stats on your ring that they would want to stick to. Sorry
