I have 3 sizes of loose diamonds from 2 different rings that belonged to my Grandmother. The rings were given to her with proceeds from the sale of my Grandfather's business in 1948 in Grapevine, Texas. They were "special occasion only" worn on the rings from 1948-1968. In '68 my Grandfather passed. From 1968 to present they have been stored inside- they have seen very little use. I visited several Jewelers here in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and had them examined by the Jewlers under the loop, Bachendorf's/Galleria also used a Testing Pen to validate their authenticity- I did not have them certified/appraised because of the price of apprasial vs. stone cost. $60-$125 is fine to pay for an apprasial for a stone costing several thousand dollars.. But when we are talking about a diamonds at the price of $100-$300ea. an apprasial represents a substantial percentage of their value- the choice was economic and academic since I knew the origin of the rings, year of manufacture, and the owners- I also have the original "jewlers envelope" that the rings came in from the Jewelry Manufacturer. There will be no "surprises" on their authenticity.

The Jewelers here in Dallas evaluated them as medium grade.. Color- i-f, Cut- Good-Very Good, Clarity sII-vvs2

Here is what I have:

1. QTY: 3, .20 carat - 1/5th carat Round Cut Diamonds

2. QTY: 3, .125 carat- 1/8th carat Round Cut Diamonds

3. QTY: 8, Under .10 carat diamonds, Round, "chip cut"

I arrived at pricing by gauging the average price of diamonds of their size with the worst possible cut ,clarity,color.. and then dicounted additionally to leave value in the purchase for the purchaser. I am willing to have them examined by your Jeweler or a Jeweler in this area (Dallas/Ft Worth) that you have contacted as long as the logistics of the arrangement are reasonable. I added text to the pictures I took so you can see what each size looks like. My grandparents were good people so the lineage of these stones is a good starting point for any jewelry undertaking. If you would like additional photos
you can call my cell number which I will PM you on request. Thanks Kyle Copeland

Prices:
.20 Carat- 1/5th Carat size $230/ea
.125 Carat- 1/8th Carat size $105/ea
Under .10 Carat.. Set of 8/$200 or $30each
