I have 2 antique brooches for sale. Tomorrow I will have an IGI certificate for each of them. How and where would you advise me to sell them in Europe?

"Europe" - despite official EU protestations - remains a geographical concept. There's plenty of barriers, starting from language to safe international shipment of jewels (most couriers will take them but not offer insurance, and some will refuse to transport them at all) to different fashions and tastes.
The main routes to market remain:
1. eBay or similar online marketplaces
2. Sell or consign to a dealer
3. Friends, family and acquaintances
Where are you located? I may be able to recommend some people/places depending on that.
Couple of notes on the two pieces: one looks like an earring pendant that has been modified at a later stage, and the other needs setting two round diamonds at the ends of the scroll. Both things will tend to decrease the price you can ask - or at least making the selling considerably more difficult.
If you decide to turn this into a "for sale" ad on this board, let me know and I will edit the post to remove the paragraph above, but at the moment there is no way of contacting you other than through posting.
Good luck!

I'd also suggest if you would like to advertise these as for sale here, that you include pictures of the backsides of the items., as well. Any other history or information that you have about them would also be helpful.
Thanks for sharing them here.

In the following days I will be travelling through Belgium and the Netherlands. On monday I will be going to Munich, passing through Frankfurt. Any recommendation in the above mentioned places would be welcome. Thanks for your posts.
