Has anybody bought diamonds from either of these online retailers, and if so, how was the experience?

Unfortunately, most of the "regulars" around here are on the business end of things, rather than the consumer. However, I know at least one of those companies subscribes to a company that does online reviews. Otherwise, you can just search any of their names and reviews will likely come up.
