I ran across this website [] in my search for a special gift for my husband. I don't want to get ripped off so I'm doing a little extra research. Could anyone recommend other informative type sites?

Well....I'd say we here (esp us handful of regulars, many of us trained professionals) are a pretty good resource. I didn't read through that other site very far, b/c gotta say...major typo in the first paragraph... then again, I used to work in publishing, so maybe I'm a bigger snob about those things
That said--what kind of thing(s) are you looking at for your husband? And what kind of information are you trying to gather? About materials (gold vs platinum, etc) or gemstones/diamonds, or about customer experiences with different retailers? Or something else entirely?
Either way, chances are someone here can either help answer your question(s), or attempt to point you a little more in the right direction. Just helps to know what direction that might be!
Anyway, thanks for popping in here and joining our forum!

Umm, I have to say that I don't see much of merit on that site in terms of educational content. It lools to me like they're just trying to sell ads to jewelers to be listed. Apparently unsuccessfully I might add. All I see is Google inserted stuff. What did you find there in terms of information that interested you?
