My boyfriend recently a black diamond from finediamonds9.com for a Xmas. It was suppose to be 1.5 carat and it looked like a 1/2 carat and in less then 2 weeks the diamond fell out. Unfortunately, I did not realize the diamond was gone and I was left with just the setting. I called the company and I was told I would have to pay to get another diamond. Buyer beware their products are cheap and they don't stand behind their products. They have good prices because their diamonds are not worth what you pay for them. Has anyone else had any negative experiences with them?
