I don't work for Harry Winston. This is a place to talk about your purchasing experience. Not only am I a Marriage Proposal Planner but I also just got engaged. The customer service is state of the art. I was offered Dom Perignon and treated very well and their jewelry is stunning. Just passing on my experience.

I'm sorry Michelle, but this would be rather more credible if it came without a business referral and a "business" angle.

I'm not disputing Harry Winston's service levels. I'm just wondering whether you are helping or hindering them with this sort of referral.

I just read this and didn't find anything wrong with it--no spin, just stating a good purchase experience (as the title of this forum suggests). Harry Winston rings are amazing, no need to spin that.

Again, it wasn't about my business. I received good service from them. I edited it so people would stop talking about it.

My BF recently purchased my ring at HW and we had a great experience there as well. The SA that we were working with was very knowledgeable of the products and diamonds. We mostly dealt over email before we went into the store to view the stones and he was prompt at his replies. They were also flexible and willing to do a custom design upon request as long as the ring was within the HW aesthetics. I had to wait 4-6 weeks as promised, but finally, I had a chance to preview my ring last week before the proposal and it was fabulous!
