Hem - all your shortcuts point to files on your hard disk... which is presumably not shared and behind a firewall and a router of some sort. You need to either upload the files here as attachments, or use a media sharing site such as Photobucket or Picasa (or even Facebook or YouTube), or publish them on your own webpage.

Also, and particularly for "fancy shapes", it is very difficult to give recommendations having all the info available on a report plus several good quality photos (ideally taken by a known photographer). Just from the photos - or just from the report - there is no way anyone can tell you anything. For price comparison - once you have at least the precise weight, colour and clarity of that stone, you can use the "Diamond Finder" at the top of the page.

If you want a 3 ct radiant and have somewhere around $25k, it is perfectly possible to find a good one. It depends on what else you want other than the size! Help us to help you by describing what you want.

Hello there

First things first - Your choice of the clarity, color and cut would influence the eventual pricing of the diamond.

Second - Now that you have an upper cap on the budget, I did a quick search through B2CJewels.com, an online diamond jewelry website that sells GIA certified diamonds and rings at affordable rates. I found one for you, and have listed the specifications below

Carat Weight - 3.00
Polish and Symmetry - Excellent
Cut - Very Good
Clarity - VVS2
Color K
Price - $16,337
Certification - B2C

I have attached a pic of the diamond, so you could take a look.

Look into this and let me know should you need something else.

Sharon - I have to take exception to your post.

1. There is no point in attaching images that are sample pictures. How does this help the OP? The stone you propose is a square radiant, the picture is of a rectangular one. The cutting pattern is different (if the one on the report is correct). I'll cut you some slack on the issue of colour, since it could always be argued that the photo is not an appropriate medium to look at colour, but I would have my doubts that a K radiant resembles the colour of your photo in pretty much any situation.

2. Leaving aside that GIA grades diamonds, does not certify them, the statement "an online diamond jewelry website that sells GIA certified diamonds" does not tally with your suggestion of a stone with a B2C report. No matter that the report has been compiled by someone possibly trained at GIA; the processes and equipment - not to mention the reputation and credibility - simply are NOT the same. Implying they are is not what I would call good advice.
