'Crystals' are other gems, usually diamonds but occasionally other minerals, that have grown in the same soup as the diamond before the diamond crystal was formed. 'Clouds' are the same thing but in very very small crystals that appear in groups. They are the reason you got an SI1 grade (and an SI1 price). There's nothing wrong with having them and, actually, lots of people prefer them to some of the other things that'll get you an SI1 clarity.

Only thing with crystals is that if they are of other minerals, they can be quite dark and contrasting with the diamond, so make sure you are happy with how visible (or not) they are.

Are these dark/contrasting crystal something one can spot with a naked eye? also, what is the rapaport this month on this? is the price fair?

It depends on the crystal's size, colour and location. That's why I'm suggesting that you look carefully - we cannot!
The rap's price is irrelevant - amongst other things, it is almost never applied even in "wholesale" transactions. What is far more relevant is the price of similar stones on the retail market. For example, clicking on "Find Online Jeweler" at the top of the page finds about 30 comparable stones (1.8x F SI1 GIA), ranging in price from $14,300 to a shade under $20,000. Since yours is at the bottom of the price range, I'd expect at least one of three things to be true:
1. The SI1 inclusion is somewhat visible
2. The stone is not particularly well cut (which is very unlikely, given the report's info)
3. You have found a true gem

Hi everyone!
I just wanna know...
Question: Do you think vadim's choice is reasonably priced?
Next, if the the feathers and other 'crystals' are situated near the center would it be a bad thing..
I'm also curious about this item and its 'stats' , don't get me wrong but I think this is so expensive.

See post #6
Is it expensive for a pebble that weighs as much as 10 grains of rice? Yes, it is.
On location of crystals (no feathers in that stone, but same applies): in general, if they are right under the table they may be more easily visible, but it's not necessarily true. It also depends on their angle vs. the other facets and the colour.

Keep in mind that SI1's are not always eye clean from all sides. A SI1 clarity is graded as that because it has easy to see inclusions with 10X and sometimes these are also visible with the eye.
It might be better to get a stone with a higher clarity and slightly lower color grade, if you want an eye clean diamond that is.

The plotting diagram from the lab has them on the edge of the table. Talk to the seller about the color and relief of the crystals. They, or their supplier, should be able to tell you if they are 'eye visible' and the overall color of them by looking at the stone. This information is NOT contained on the lab report nor is it inherent in the SI1 grade.
