AGI
Round Brilliant
7.77-7.85x4.84
1.80ct.
I
Excellent Cut
SI1, diagram looks very clean compared to what I've seen, but I am very far from an expert
EX/EX polish and symmetry
No flouresccence
57% table with a 50% number next to the table that goes halfway down the crown(I don't know what that means, star facet %?)
62% depth, 15% crown, 3.5% girdle-thin to slightly thick faceted, 43.5 % pavillion
An 80% number down the pavillion(I don't know what that means, lower girdle facet %?)
35.5 degree crown angle
41.2 degree pavillion angle
No cutlet
$8920
Is this good? Why is it so much less than others I see on this site?

I’m going to assume you’ve got a typo and AGI means GIA and that GIA means these guys – www.gia.edu. If not, that’s the problem.
The 50% number is the star facet length.
80% is the lower girdle facet length.
The amount of ink on the plotting diagram is NOT evidence either way about how clean the stone is but a correctly graded SI1 should be quite clean visually.
It’s towards the ‘steep/deep’ end of the GIA-excellent range with the 35.5/41.2, which drives down the price a little bit but it still looks like a likely prospect. That’s definitely below market pricing. Is this being sold by a dealer? Any red flags from the dealership terms and conditions (unreasonable payment terms, no returns, requirements to buy other things with it, etc.)?

Yeah, GIA. It's from bluenile.com. They say that they price by using a fixed percentage over the price they pay instead of using market value, so if they get a deal, I get a deal. I don't know if they're blowing smoke up my ass or what but I have 30 days to return.

Sounds like a good prospect. Let us know what you think when it arrives.
How they set their prices is largely irrelevant. Each deal should be evaluated on it's own merits and whether or not they got a deal or paid too much sounds like their problem, not yours.

I just got it this morning and we are blown away. Thanks to everyone here that takes the time to answer questions. Without the information I've found here, I would have paid much more for much less.
