Buying a nice diamond

Hi everyone

im a bit of a novice at this but want to learn, and how better to learn than buying a nice diamond for an engagement ring! I have a contact who regularly flies to Johanesburge and i have been led to believe that you can get a nice diamond for a fraction of the price over there. if anyone could give me any advise it would be greatly appreciated.

IF YOU WANT TO BUT DIAMOND FOR CHEAPER PRICE VISIT TO INDIA FOR GOOD DIAMOND BUSSNESS EXPERIENCE.YOU CAN GET ANY SHAPE ,CLARITY,AND PRICE.
