I recently bought a Zales past, present, future ring for my girlfriend secondhand. It is two sizes too small for her finger. Would it be possible to resize this ring keeping in mind that it has diamonds set inside and engraving?

You are able to see above that it has engraving and two diamonds inside the band. I didn't realize this until later. I'm afraid that it can't be resized but I'm proposing soon!!!

Sure.
One way is to simply replace that part of the ring. They can also redo the engraving and reset stones into the new shank if you want. Alternatively, your jeweler may be able to fill the engraving in and just size it as it is although this will depend on how deep the engraving is. Ask your jeweler. It's not the easiest sizing job there is but a pro should be able to handle it.
