There’s a free classified ad section to this website that might do you well. To answer your question though, the first thing you need to do is set your price, choose a market and design an advertising and marketing strategy. You can use the utility at the top of the page title ‘find online jeweler’ to look up similar stones from the dealers who advertise here. You’re selling point is likely to be the price and you are usually going to want to come in somewhere like 2/3 – ¾ of what you see as comparable if you're selling to a consumer. It'll go for a little less if you sell to a dealer but it's an easier and faster deal to do so you need to decide what is most important to you. Expect the price to be based almost entirely on the price of the center stone.
There are also consignment dealers in most cities and online as well as professional buyers, ebay and craigslist as potential markets. Friends of friends is another common avenue. Do be careful. The marketplace is full of scammers and if you decide to go it without professional assistance, be careful. Potential pitfalls are numerous.
