does anyone have any expertise when it comes to fleurescence. I saw a diamond that fills all the specs I am looking for but the fleurescence is Faint. Is this good or bad?

Faint is not bad for fluorescence. Only when it is very strong or extremely stong and it makes the stone appear oily or hazy.
