I am looking for an engagement ring and REALLY like 2 rings on worldjewels.com website. I have tried to do as much research as I can about them, and have read all the reviews I can find about this company. I have found that their customers either love them or hate them! Any help would be appreciated!

I purchased a 1cttw 3 stone ring from them and I had to return it because the quality does not meet my expectation. Their prices are great, much lower than other websites. But I was disappointed with the quality. Even though they said it is a SI clarity they look like I grade. The center stone was very nice but the 2 side stones were very dull so they look obviously different. I had to return it and it took 4 weeks to get a refund. Customer service was friendly on the phone.
