Thanks to the excellent advice provided on this forum I think I have finalized my search and will be picking up the stone next week although, I do have one question about the pricing. May I get your thought on whether or not this is a well priced stone or if the price is on the high side?



From the limited details below could you please lend your opinion on the price of 12k?

Florescence: negligible

Culet: none

Table: 55.5%



My only concern is what I would call “cloudy bubble” just off the center of the table. While I couldn’t see this with my naked eyes (I tried in all lighting conditions) it was clearly visible under 10 x magnifications. It doesn't bother me personally however, should this pull the price down below 12k?

There are two stones in this exact same weight and grading with AGS reports on the market right now. They are significantly different in cost too.
