Database Never Updated?

Hi. This is the first time for me to post on this forum.

I have done some research here along with other web sites and decided to made my first online purchase for a diamond.

I bought a diamond ring from one of the online jewelers here 2 weeks ago and it was great but I have one major question.

I check their web site and the diamond that I bought is still showing on their database. I wonder what's going on because it is common sense that once a buyer bought an item, the item will be taken out from the inventory database. :unsure:

UPDATE:

The problem has been found and that web site has resolved the issue.
