What's the best approach to talking to the father? Do you ask for his permission? Do you ask for his blessing? Do you just tell him you want to marry his daughter? I'm very confused......

well i believe the best thing to do is that be direct to the point... be sure to clear to him your concern... and whatever you'll be saying please be sincere about it...
