well...maybe if you have a habit of cleaning them with titanium carbide! No.....you will not scratch your diamonds by cleaning them, promise ;) use either a toothbrush and a bit of detergent and give em a nice scrub, or get a cheap home ultrasonic and some cleaning solution. you can do it as often as you like!

Don't worry...it's nothing you would have. It's a material used in industrial cutting applications.
