What type of certification does this diamond come with? I have a reservation about the "Ideal" cut grade as there is no established cut grade system for cushion cut diamond.
With fancy cut diamonds like cushions, shape is also something you'll want to take into consideration. This stone is slightly rectangular which many cushions are. That doesn't detract from the value of the stone necessarily as shape usually comes down to customer preference.
Other than that, if the stone is indeed an E colour, VS2 clarity, it seems like a good deal.

It is certified by GIA

Sounds like a good price. Again, I have my reservation about the cut grade because GIA does not issue a cut grade for cushion cut diamonds. It will have a grade given for the Polish & Symmetry but not cut.
