Does anyone have 1/2 or 1/4 diamond anniversary bands pictures? I want to see the difference between the two. I have small hands and was wondering which would look best. I am thinking about buying online.

All of the online jewelers provide pictures of what they're selling. Try a Google search for something like 'diamond ring' and you'll get a list of hundreds of thousands of sites with photos. Most jewelry stores also carry anniversary bands like you describe in stock. You should be able to visit a store, try on a few rings and see what suits your fancy. While you're there, ask them to make you a deal that will be competitive with their online competitors. They just might surprise you.
