Will It Cause Diamond To Crack?

Hello.. I came across this diamond with 2 vein-like line just underneath the surface which the sales person said is crystalline(not sure right spelling). Just wonder what is it and will it cause the diamond to crack over time or accidental knock? Thanks very much.

Have it inspected by a trained and equiped gemologist. If the dealer doesn't have one that you are inclined to trust, hire one yourself. There's no way to answer a question like this without inspecting the stone.
