So..I bought a semi-mount ring from them. I wanted to exchange out the .10 ct diamonds for some better diamonds that I had in another ring. I brought the diamonds and ring to the Jewelry Exchange and paid them to remount the diamonds.

Two days later, I call to see if my ring is ready and the manager gets on the phone and tells that I could come in and "buy" a new diamond because one of my .10ct stones were lost when they tried to mount it.

I could not believe the lady....I MUST pay becasue they lost my diamond???? She goes on to tell me that I signed a waiver etc.....So....I pull the waiver and it says that they are not liable if the diamond "breaks" during setting but nothing about LOST!! Needless to say, they replaced the diamond after I had a fit but they acted like they were doing me some favor......

Just my opinion!!
