Ask the person who is using the description. My quesses are:
10 karat yellow gold
7.3 grams total weight
2 round diamonds approx 0.02cts total weight and of unknown specs (assume bad)
37 baguette cut clear gemstones. Unknown specs, possibly diamonds.
Are you seriously considering buying something from a dealer you don't know based on a description that you don't fully understand?
