What is a "black diamond"?

A diamond that is black. Some of these look like charcoal or are even uglier than charcoal. I can't say they possess much sparkle and I'm not partial to them.

Hi Eagles,
There are diamonds wich are irradited to become black.
They look like granite- or onyx.

There are also natural black diamonds- they are rare- but still pretty ugly.
