NO scuh thing as a "Cut Grade" exists for Emerald Cut diamonds.
Have you seen photos of the diamond?
Is this a proce given at a store, or from a website?

I am not in the diamond business, but girdle: very thin would bother me. Besides from the fact, as a consumer, I wouldn't buy EGL Cert. Diamond.

Very thin-girdle is not necessarily a problem.
Pictures are a must.
