I just made my second purchase with Union Diamond. I really like them, but I know there are other good ones as you will probably see added in this thread.

Diamonds by Lauren (us), Barry at Supercert, Jan at Diamond Brokers of Florida, Brian at Knox Diamonds to name a few I know of. But I'm more in the trade than a consumer so I am biased.
I am posting the above because these are dealers I know have a trade up policy and refund policy and stand behind their product.
