selling price for 100 ct diamond?

hello,

i am new here and i have a question about a diamond.
What is a realistic price for a
101.27 ct VVS1/F diamond?

some details from GIA:

cutting style: modified shild brilliant
28.62 x 33.56 x 21.90
depth: 66.3%
table: 68%
sym. + pol.: excellent


I know someboy who will sell it for ~20M
but i think itīs to expensive.

Stones of this size usually have a name and history. I mean, the famous Taylor-Burton is less than 70 cts. What's the name and history of this one?

The price? How about a home on the Cape.
