overstock.com auction seller: 47thstnewyork

I have a relative who purchased a diamond from the overstock.com auction seller 47thstnewyork and who has raved about his great experience pretty much non-stop. Does anyone here have any experience with overstock.com jewelry auctions in general or this seller in particular?

Bottom line: his prices seem way too low, but my relative swears by the guy.

Anyone?

I've come across the same seller I believe and I'm also trying to find someone who's actually bought from them. Any feedback???
