Most silver jewelry is stamped with 925. Chances are your pendant is silver as well. 925 is the silver content in that piece of jewelry, which is 92.5% silver and the rest is other alloys. The diamonds probably arent real since no one sets diamonds in silver. You have a gold plated silver pendant with either cubics or another synthetic type of stone.

Gold plating on 925 silver is commonly known as "vermeil" and has been around a long time. Is this piece an estate piece of jewelry? Would tend to agree with the other posts, although you can never be sure. The diamonds just may be of inferior quality... or they may just be crystals.

It's probably made with promotional diamonds, diamonds that are not the best of quality but sufficient for that type of pendant since they are so small. I don't think you'd get much for it, I'm afraid--probably less than $100.
